“It’s amazing how sometimes you meet someone who later becomes not only an invaluable help but also a dear friend. That was my experience when I visited Chynna Pope’s shop to pick up my dress and was introduced to Lesley, a bridal stylistt. I was intrigued and started following her work on IG, and I’m so grateful I did. When my daughter Ali got engaged, I suggested that she reach out to Lesley. Since Ali lives in Wisconsin and I was in California, having a consultant to guide us was essential. 

Lelsey went above and beyond. She created a personalized look book for us, contacted local bridal salons with exactly what Ali was envisioning, scheduled all our appointments, and was point person for taking photos and videos of all the options so Ali’s future mother in law and I could enjoy the moment. 

 Thanks to her organization, we had a full weekend of dress shopping, and by the second shop, Ali found the dress. We even canceled the remaining appointments and celebrated over lunch! Lesley didn’t stop there—she helped style Ali for bridal showers and events, assisted with bridesmaid dresses, helped suggest modifications for my mother of the bride Amsale gown for the cathedral wedding, and offered thoughtful calming guidance at every dress fitting for Ali.

“What a challenging combination—a soon-to-be mother of the bride who is a procrastinator that hates to shop. Without Lesley, I would not have been able to share the honor with her father of walking our daughter down the aisle, as I WOULD NOT HAVE HAD A DRESS.

 Lesley literally emailed me daily with dress recommendations, starting with trying to understand what was appropriate for an outdoor winter wedding at 10,000 feet in the Colorado mountains. She literally reviewed hundreds of dresses with me (again, I am the pickiest person ever!), narrowing it down to what would complement my daughter’s couture gown, and what I would feel most comfortable in.
