Meet Lesley
Hello! I’m Lesley, a bridal stylist who is committed to helping women feel beautiful.
In truth, I’ve always been “that girl” who obsessed over every dress: prom dresses, debutante gowns, formal dresses, and especially wedding gowns. It all began in the 1980s with my Princess Diana-inspired bridal paper dolls—not to mention sewing lessons from my wonderful mom—and continues into a concierge styling business that allows me to help brides feel every inch of whatever they want to feel on their wedding day.
How I got here is of course, by hard work and building relationships. My very first job was in a women’s dress store where I daily begged the owner to add bridal to the collection—in addition to being the friend always asked to look for prom, college formals, and other party dresses starting in middle school. Eventually, my roles involved time in press relations for a US Senator on Capitol Hill, and then traveling North America to support and train elite surgeons for one of the world’s most prestigious medical device companies—all while styling friends, family, friends-of-friends, and beyond for their weddings and parties.
Finally, THE ONE Gown was founded.

Ultimately, I am not a fashion snob at all. I am a wedding dress style nerd and I approach the process with precision and professionalism—just like my clients are used to in their careers.
I am grateful to be able to support my clients during this milestone event in their lives and I do not take any moment of it for granted. I do it without the ego or drive of adding Instagram followers. I'm in it to help brides find their gowns and feel confident and beautiful on their wedding day. PERIOD. Oh, and I firmly believe that LOVE is LOVE.
